As always you will get given a glass of great fizz on arrival and fed some lovely canapés in our library area. You'l then take a seat downstairs in our cellar room and get served an awesome 4 course meal, all paired (expertly) by us with wine specially chosen for each dish. We always make sure to find the perfect wine. (It's a terrible part of the job, tasting food, testing wine...)
